Emmylou with her current boyfriend Marc (an up and coming actor in Durban), taken in Christmas 2005. She completes her law degree this year and has already secured a job with a JHB law firm next year. Emmylou is going to apply for a bursary to do her masters at Cambridge University as well. We pray for God to guide her steps. Alison came home this last weekend and although she rested a lot was able to move around the house almost unassisted. Getting stronger every day.We went to church on Sunday and the whole congregation rejoiced in seeing her again. Yesterday I started a new job with Nedbank Corporate. I had been in Retail for 6 years. This will be a lovely change for me.My new position is Asset Based Finance Manager Corporate. Sounds quite important. This weekend I received a DVD from London showing the sights and sounds of my granddaughter Emma. She certainly is so beautiful!
By the way Emmylou means "Emmy belonging to Lou" Lou is short for Llewelyn, so Emmylou belongs to me!!
